Ipomoea lacunosa, Small Flower Morningglory- this annual vine can grow to be 7 feet long. A self seeder that needs no help coming back next year. Growing best in full sun, with moist soils, it can tolerate a wide variety of compositions. The 1" wide white blooms appear mid summer, and typically last until the first frost. Host plant to many caterpillar species, nectar source for pollinators, and the seeds are a favorite for many songbirds and game birds.
